Jesus said to the crowds:
51 “I am the living bread that came down from heaven; whoever eats this bread will live forever; and the bread that I will give is my flesh for the life of the world.”
52 The Jews quarreled among themselves, saying, “How can this man give us his flesh to eat
53 Jesus said to them, “Amen, amen, I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you do not have life within you.
54 Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him on the last day.
55 For my flesh is true food, and my blood is true drink.
56 Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood remains in me and I in him.
57 Just as the living Father sent me and I have life because of the Father, so also the one who feeds on me will have life because of me.
58 This is the bread that came down from heaven. Unlike your ancestors who ate and still died, whoever eats this bread will live forever.”

A fә’ә̀ wu wwa, Yesù a swiŋә a mbwo bә bâ nәnә ngә:
51 “Mә̀ bә ǝ̀banә mәdzwinә̀ ma ǝ fu nәkàŋә̀ ntso; ŋù ntsә̀mә̀ wu ma a jyә әbanә zi bә dzwi aghә̀mә̀ ntsә̀mә̀; ǝ̀banә zu ma mә fya bә m̀bә̀ŋә̀ nnu zà mbә’ә mәdzwinә̀ mә mbyi ǹtsә̀mә̀.”
52 Bә̀ bә Dzusә̀ ti’i nsa’anә atәtә̌ bwo ngә, “Boŋә ŋu wi fya m̀bә̀ŋә̀ nnu zhi ngә binǝ̀ jyә li la?”
53 “Nә nko’onyù, nә nko’onyù, mә swiŋә a mbwo bù ngә, boŋә ò ka mbә̀ŋә̀ nnu Moo Ŋù jyә kә nyә әlinŋә̀ zhi, ò kakә nә mә̀dzwinә̀ dzwi.
54 Ŋù ntsәmә̀ wu ma à jyә m̀bә̀ŋә̀ nnu zà nkә nyә әliŋә̀ za bә dzwi nә mә̀dzwinә̀ ma mә lyә kә mye, mә lyә nkә bәŋsә yi nә ǹlwìtә̀ njwe.

55 Mbә’әma m̀bә̀ŋә̀ nnu za bә ǹkànsә̀ mә̀jyǝ, àliŋә̀ za kә mbә nkànsә̀ mә̀lù’ù.
56 Ŋù ntsә̀mә̀ wu ma a jyә mbә̀ŋә̀ nnu zà nkә nyә aliŋә̀ za bә dzwi nnu mwò a mә̀ nkә dzwi a nnu zhә.
57 Tsuŋә ma әtàa wu ma a dzwi, a tuŋә wa mә̀ nkә dzwi nә mә̀dzwinә̀ mbә’ә yi la, lya mbә̀ zu ma ŋù wu ma a biŋә a mbwo mwò̀ bә dzwi nә mә̀dzwinә̀ mbә’ә wa.
58 Li bә ә̀banә zu ma ә fu fәfә nәkàŋә ntso. Bәtàa bu bâ nchyàmbì jyә mbri nkwo la ŋù wu ma à bә jyә zi ә̀banә bә dzwi aghә̀mә̀ ntsә̀mә̀.”

53 Jesus said to them, “Amen, amen, I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you do not have life within you. Yesu swiŋә nә bwo ngә, “Nә nko’onyù, nә nko’onyù, mә swiŋә a mbwo bù ngә, boŋә ò ka mbә̀ŋә̀ nnu Moo Ŋù jyә kә nyә әlinŋә̀ zhi, ò kakә nә mә̀dzwinә̀ dzwi.
